    Prior to becoming an associate attorney at the firm, she earned her J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in December 2025, completing both degrees as a top-performing student with a focus on business law. Her interests lie at the intersection of law, strategy, and operations, particularly within general counsel work.

    Catelyn built a strong foundation of practical experience. She interned at NV Energy, where she contributed to regulatory filings, contract review, and legal research. She also externed with the UNLV Office of General Counsel, supporting a broad range of matters affecting the university system.

    The combination of legal and business training has shaped Catelyn's distinctive, solutions-oriented approach to her work. Colleagues recognize her for thoughtful communication and meticulous attention to detail, qualities she brings to every client and team engagement. A proud Las Vegas native and avid traveler, she is thrilled to build her legal career in her hometown and serve the community that shaped her.

    With six years of dedicated service in the legal field and specializing in real estate law, Morgan provides essential support to by managing case files, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and coordinating with clients and third parties.

    Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of two, and loves exploring new foods, cultures, and destinations whenever she gets the chance. Whether she’s diving into a complex case or discovering a hidden gem on a family trip, she brings passion, curiosity, and dedication to everything she does.
