As the adage goes: “less is more.”  The goal of the course is to provide a basic introduction to the tools Robert’s Rules of Order provides to add structure and order to a board meeting to remove (and deal with) distractions to ensure the meeting is organized, conducted fairly, and tasks are completed so meetings take no more time than necessary.
